Line Cook - Fall Season (Under Canvas Zion, Virgin, Utah - Staff Housing)

Work multiple kitchen stations including grill, saute, fry, prep and pantry. Prepare quality dishes with proper portioning and presentation. Maintain food safety and sanitation protocols throughout service. Collaborate with the food and beverage team and contribute operational ideas. Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues and stay composed in an unpredictable outdoor setting. Adapt to diverse guest needs and a variable pace of service.

High school diploma or GED preferred. Food Handler or ServSafe certification required before start of work. Line, grill or prep cook experience preferred but no experience required. Ability to lift a minimum of 45 pounds independently and to stand, walk and maneuver on uneven surfaces for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather. Successful completion of a background check. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
