Outdoor Adventure Instructor - Fall/Winter 2026 Contract (Circle F Dude Ranch, Lake Wales, Florida - Private Room Housing)

Lead groups of K-12 students through experiential learning programs including environmental education, team building, archery, rock climbing, ziplines, ropes courses, wilderness skills, waterfront activities and evening programs. Facilitate safe, engaging sessions and manage group dynamics. Maintain facility cleanliness, organize activity areas and assist with cabin turnover between groups. Support property and facility upkeep alongside a 25-person year-round team.

Some experience working with youth or in an outdoor or recreation setting is helpful but prior outdoor-education experience is not mandatory; comprehensive training is provided. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, adaptability and a willingness to learn. Comfort working outdoors and at height on ropes and climbing elements after training. Availability to start September 25, 2026 and commit to the fall/winter contract period. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
