Park City Mountain, part of Vail Resorts, is hiring a Lead Rental Operations for the Winter 2026/2027 season in Park City, Utah. The Rental Lead oversees the overall day-to-day operation of all ski and snowboard rentals for a mountain rental and repair shop, including merchandising, financials, staff supervision, inventory control, loss prevention and sales generation, and manages up to 50 frontline staff plus a leadership team of five to six. Pay is 23.00 US dollars per hour with full-time hours available.
