Applied AI Engineer, Enterprise (London, Visa Sponsorship Available)

Partner with Account Executives and AI Architects through the full customer journey, from first conversation through technical evaluation, proof of value and procurement. Lead technical evaluation and remain the customer's advisor throughout Claude deployment. Help engineering teams understand Claude architectures, agent design and evaluation. Build business cases for executives that link technical capabilities to measurable outcomes such as cost, revenue, risk and time to market. Navigate enterprise security, compliance, data residency and governance requirements. Travel to UK customer sites and feed insights back to Product and Engineering teams.

6 or more years of experience as a Software Engineer, Solutions Architect or technical founder. Pre-sales or technical advisory experience selling into large enterprises, ideally in the UK. Experience with value-based selling and presenting a business case to C-level and VP-level stakeholders. Production experience with LLM-powered applications, including prompting, context engineering, agent architectures and evaluation frameworks. Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance, ideally in regulated sectors. Ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to technical and executive audiences. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Ability to be in the London office at least 25 percent of the time.
