Serve as a technical thought partner to the GTM partnerships team on the partner landscape and strategic programs. Work embedded with partner technical teams to enable AI practices, support troubleshooting and evangelize Anthropic in developer communities. Develop joint industry-specific generative AI solutions and reference architectures with partners. Support strategic customer deals where partners are the primary delivery vehicle. Represent Anthropic at partner events, workshops, cloud summits and hackathons. Gather product feedback from partner use cases and share it with internal teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training and professional experience in a relevant field. Preferably 5 or more years in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer or Technical Account Manager. Track record of successful partnerships with GSIs and cloud providers on complex technical challenges. Ability to build relationships and communicate technical concepts to C-suite and engineering audiences. Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems, plus familiarity with LLM frameworks or an ML background. Fluent in Korean and English.
