Exemplify service standards and menu knowledge, oversee floor operations and guest satisfaction. Complete management reports covering revenue accounting, tip disbursements, scheduling, ordering, payroll and inventory. Implement all Mountain Dining policies, procedures and training programs. Manage inventory control for alcohol, beverages, paper goods and operating supplies. Achieve sales, service, quality, sanitation and facility appearance objectives through staff training and development. Handle cash management and reconciliation. Review staff performance, conduct appraisals, provide feedback and make employment recommendations. Fill operational needs across kitchen and line-level roles as required. Schedule labor based on anticipated business while meeting cost objectives. Administer fair, consistent corrective action and comply with all federal, state, county and municipal health, safety and labor regulations. Ensure equipment maintenance and preventative care and support other department operations as needed.
Minimum 5 years of restaurant experience with at least 1 year in management. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred. Leadership, problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with the MS Office Suite. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift and carry 40 or more pounds. TIPS certification and ServSafe Food Protection Manager certification required within 30 days of hire. Must be at least 18 years old. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
