Northstar California Resort in Truckee, near Lake Tahoe, is hiring Activities Attendants for the Winter 2026/2027 season, with employee housing available per the listing. You will guide guests through alpine adventures including the mountain coaster, snow tubing, lift operations and ticket scanning while delivering friendly service in an outdoor setting. Full-time and part-time winter seasonal schedules are offered. Pay is $20 per hour and perks include a free ski pass, complimentary lessons, 40 percent retail discounts and a 401(k). Perform duties outdoors in all weather conditions.
At least 18 years of age. Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying winter weather. Ability to stand for long periods, perform repeated physical movements and lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Clear communication with a diverse guest population. Must pass a background check. Reliable transportation and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. US work eligibility is required for Vail Resorts US positions.
