Rental Clerk - Winter 2026/27 (Alyeska Resort, Girdwood, Alaska - Employee Housing)

Greet guests and create a welcoming rental experience. Help guests select properly sized skis, snowboards, boots and helmets based on physical measurements and ability. Complete rental agreements and documentation. Inspect equipment upon return and flag damage. Handle cash and card transactions, operate the point-of-sale system and reconcile shifts. Prepare bank deposits as needed. Keep the rental shop organized and stocked.

High school diploma or equivalent, or 1 to 3 months of related experience. Sales experience preferred. Basic math proficiency and accurate cash handling. Strong customer service and communication skills. Knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
