Montana Supply Co seeks a reliable, organized and detail-oriented Seasonal Merchandising Assistant for the holiday season at its Big Sky store. This is a part-time temporary role supporting merchandising and sales by keeping sales floors and backstock areas organized and stocked during peak retail season. The season runs October 26 through December 23, 2026, at 16 to 24 hours per week, with Mondays and Wednesdays required and extra hours possible. Seasonal staff can live in a shared condo with a full kitchen, washer/dryer and wifi, sharing a room with one other person. Pay is $20.00 to $23.00 per hour. No meals are provided.

Prepare and steam apparel, label and price merchandise, restock the sales floor and monitor inventory levels. Maintain organized, clean and clearly labeled backstock areas, execute merchandising projects and seasonal resets, and support the team with additional projects as needed.
Retail or merchandising experience preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Basic math, reading, writing and computer skills. Reliable, punctual and collaborative. Eligibility to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is stated in the listing.
