Staff Product Designer

Bolt.new (built by StackBlitz) is hiring a Staff Product Designer for its globally distributed, remote-first team. You do not need to be located in the U.S. — the team is remote-friendly worldwide, though the role asks for flexibility to work roughly 7:00-10:00 AM Pacific Time for cross-team collaboration (a disclosed timezone-overlap expectation, not a hard country restriction).

You will identify and prioritize user problems worth solving through cross-functional collaboration, own product design end-to-end from problem definition through implementation and QA, help set the strategic design vision as Bolt evolves its AI-driven tooling, and establish and improve design systems for consistency across a growing set of products.

Requirements: a portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft with at least two end-to-end case studies, a track record shipping pixel-perfect work at scale in a fast-paced environment, proficiency with design systems and modern design/AI tools (Figma and beyond), experience protecting visual fidelity through close engineering partnership, active personal or professional use of AI tools, and strong English communication skills. Startup/small-team experience and experience shaping AI tools are a bonus. No college degree required.
