Senior Solutions Engineer – France (Arabic Speaker)

**The opportunity**

Solutions Engineers are Grafana's customer-facing product experts. The team enables worldwide growth by educating potential and existing customers through demos, hands-on enablement, presentations and technical evaluations, partnering closely with Sales to qualify and close opportunities.

The role is described as the bridge between Grafana's highly technical engineering teams, its customers, and Sales. Solutions Engineering is also one of the primary routes by which customer feedback reaches Product Management and Engineering.

**What you'll be doing**

- Partnering with Sales to articulate the Grafana value proposition, vision and strategy to customers
- Owning the technical engagement and helping close complex opportunities through competitive knowledge, technical skill and credibility
- Delivering product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
- Feeding back to internal teams on the product and the competitive landscape
- Driving product conversations grounded in real customer problems
- Enhancing documentation, writing blog posts, recording videos and creating knowledge base articles

Open source or metrics/monitoring experience is an advantage, as is familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC.

**Compensation and benefits**

- **France OTE: €115,750 – €138,000.** Ranges are country-specific

**An unusual combination worth noting**

This role pairs a France residency requirement with **fluent Arabic**. Grafana runs a SEMEA region covering Southern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, so the likely reality is a France-based engineer covering Arabic-speaking markets across that territory.

For a bilingual French and Arabic speaker in technical pre-sales, that is a narrow and well-paid niche — and one that rarely appears advertised as fully remote. If that describes you, there is unlikely to be much competition.

**Eligibility**
