Consulting
GR8 Tech
GR8_TECH builds B2B iGaming platforms for operators, delivering full-cycle technology from integrations and consulting through to long-term operational support. Their platform powers millions of active players. The company has 1,000+ people across multiple locations and time zones and describes itself as remote-first.
Why the role exists
This position makes sure GR8's third-party partnerships are commercially strong, financially accurate and scalable. You would own the commercial and operational side of platform-integrated vendors — negotiating contracts and pricing, then managing reconciliation, invoicing, margins and partner performance.
It sits at an unusual intersection: part procurement, part revenue control, part team leadership. The goal is a partner ecosystem that delivers value to B2B clients while protecting GR8's own revenue and profitability.
Commercial procurement and partner management
• Owning commercial negotiations with platform-integrated vendors, securing competitive pricing, service levels and healthy reselling margins
• Managing the full partner contract lifecycle from evaluation and onboarding through renewals and commercial term changes
• Identifying and evaluating new software and service providers against market trends and client requirements
• Maintaining visibility into vendor pricing structures, volume discounts and contractual terms
• Communicating pricing changes internally so client repricing stays accurate and margins are protected
Financial reconciliation and revenue control
• Owning end-to-end reconciliation across third-party suppliers, the platform and B2B clients
• Structuring client fee calculations and markups that balance competitive pricing against reselling profitability
• Overseeing accurate and timely invoicing for resold third-party services
• Analysing supplier costs, client revenue, usage data and margins to find discrepancies and margin slippage
• Strengthening financial controls to reduce reconciliation errors and prevent revenue leakage
Cross-functional and leadership
• Partnering with Legal, Product, Account Management and Finance to align vendor agreements with business needs
• Guiding technical teams on vendor activation and integration requirements
• Leading and developing direct reports, setting priorities and ownership areas
• Coaching the team on operational efficiency and commercial awareness
• Building scalable workflows as the partner ecosystem grows
Must-haves
• 3+ years in iGaming, B2B platform operations, commercial operations, vendor management or procurement
• Hands-on commercial negotiation, contract management, invoicing and financial reconciliation
• Strong grasp of reselling and usage-based commercial models — per-SMS, per-KYC query and similar
• Strong analytical skills with usage, financial and operational data
• 2+ years leading and developing a team
• C1+ English, written and spoken
Nice to have
Financial or ERP systems such as 1C; Jira, Tableau or HubSpot; vendors with complex usage-based pricing or multi-tier commercial models; platform-integrated technology providers.
Benefits
• Benefits Cafeteria — an annual budget you allocate yourself across sports, medical, mental health, home office and languages
• Paid maternity and paternity leave plus a monthly childcare allowance
• 20+ vacation days, unlimited sick leave, emergency time off
• Remote-first, with tech support and coworking compensation
• Team events, online, offline and offsite
• Internal courses and growth programmes
Location and contract
The posting lists the location as "Anywhere; Europe", and the company describes itself as remote-first with people across multiple time zones.
Two practical details from the application form: it asks for your remuneration expectations in EUR per month on a B2B basis, which indicates a contractor arrangement rather than employment, and it asks for a messenger handle (WhatsApp, Telegram) alongside the usual contact details.
No salary range is published — you are asked to state your own expectation, so research the market rate before applying.
