Middle FP&A Analyst
Belkins
Description
Belkins is a B2B appointment-setting and lead-generation agency founded in 2017, now operating as Belkins Group alongside its sister brands. It has worked with over 1,000 clients including General Electric, Nvidia, Zendesk and Cloudflare, and is remote-first with a team spread across Europe and beyond.
The role
Belkins is looking for a Middle FP&A Analyst to own financial reporting end to end and turn numbers into insight the business can act on.
You would own financial reporting and business-facing analytics across the group's largest brand scope — Belkins itself — working alongside the finance team in a peer and support relationship rather than a managerial one. You would report directly to Olha Boyko, and your analysis feeds straight into decisions made at C-level.
That last point is the notable part. This is a mid-level role where the output lands in front of company leadership, rather than being aggregated upward through several layers first.
What the application tells you about the fit
Belkins' application form is unusually revealing about what they actually want, and it is worth reading as part of the job description:
• FP&A experience is asked in bands: under 1 year, 1–3 years, or 3+ years
• They ask specifically whether your FP&A experience has been in IT, SaaS or marketing-driven businesses — and separately whether it has been mostly in manufacturing, government or investment funds. The framing makes clear which background they are looking for
• Google Sheets skill is rated on a five-point scale, explicitly covering QUERY, array formulas and pivot tables. Level 4 is described as confidently building QUERY-based reports and array formulas for complex analysis; level 5 as building nested QUERY and array-formula systems and dashboards from scratch. This is a genuine technical gate, not a checkbox
• English proficiency is rated across four levels, from Pre-Intermediate through Advanced, with Advanced defined as fluent and precise in complex business discussions, negotiations and written communication
Compensation
No range is published. The application asks you to state your own salary expectation as a monthly rate in USD gross, which indicates a contractor-style arrangement rather than a local salaried contract. Research the market rate before applying, since you are anchoring the number.
Location
The listing is tagged Europe / Remote.
Belkins' wider board advertises roles across Georgia, Macedonia, Kosovo, Romania, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Remote EMEA — so their hiring genuinely spans Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe and the Caucasus, not just the western markets that dominate most "Europe remote" listings.
Benefits
Belkins offers competitive pay, a remote-first setup with flexible hours, a professional growth programme, an internal wiki and business book library, and regular mental health lectures.
One thing to know before applying
Belkins discloses that it uses AI tools to support parts of the hiring process — reviewing applications, analysing resumes, and assessing responses to identify potential inconsistencies or verification signals. They state these assist the recruitment team rather than replacing it, and that final decisions are made by humans.
A LinkedIn URL is a required field on the application.
