Line Cook - Winter Season (Angel Fire Resort, Angel Fire, New Mexico - Staff Housing + Some Meals)

Prepare and cook food using fryers, ovens, stoves, grills, flat tops, and other kitchen equipment. Follow prep duties and recipes to keep product consistent and high quality. Clean and sanitize the workstation and keep the kitchen organized. Work well on a team and take direction from the kitchen manager. Follow hygiene and sanitation practices. Other duties may be assigned.

Some line cook experience required. Food Handler certification required. Minimum age 18. Regular, predictable, punctual, in-person attendance is essential, including weekends and holidays. Hourly, non-exempt, full or part time seasonal schedule.
