Lead Product Engineer, Developer Platform (Remote, Europe)

Design the developer-facing primitives of the platform such as projects, environments, secrets and logs across Magic Containers, Edge Scripting and Database. Own the product lifecycle end to end, from discovery and prioritisation through delivery, measurement and iteration. Lead a small engineering team while remaining hands-on in prototypes, APIs, dashboards, documentation and production code. Collaborate with the Compute, Frontend, Design and Product Marketing teams. Define success metrics and use funnel, retention and experimentation data to guide decisions.

Experience owning a product end to end at scale, with strong product judgment and business acumen including ICP, pricing and competitive analysis. Technical depth to ship production code, paired with data literacy across funnels, retention and experimentation. A track record of developing engineers and building high-ownership teams. Clear communication and low ego. Fluency using AI tools across research, analysis, prototyping and coding while staying accountable for quality. Developer platform or deployment tooling experience and firsthand experience deploying workloads on similar infrastructure are preferred.
