Expose process timestamps and stage-by-stage events across platforms to find bottlenecks. Engineer workflow automations with n8n or similar platforms. Resolve data quality issues at the source. Use AI tools as development accelerants. Communicate directly with stakeholders to extract requirements without formal specs.
A builder and engineer mindset with comfort navigating ambiguous problems. SQL fluency and cloud data warehouse expertise, ideally BigQuery. Proficiency with BI dashboarding and workflow automation platforms. A proven track record of deploying functional end-to-end tools independently. Heavy daily use of AI tools for code and prototype development. Direct stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work flexible hours with partial overlap to US Pacific or Eastern business hours.
