Interview Engineers evaluate software developer candidates' coding skills, technical knowledge, communication, and problem-solving — helping companies build fair, bias-mitigating hiring processes at scale. Requirements: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience; excellent English communication; reliable webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection; experience conducting technical interviews preferred. This is a paid contractor opportunity compensated based on tasks performed. You must be currently located in the specified country and plan to continue residing there.
