Serve as primary contact for AFC data analytics requests and ensure reporting consistency. Validate business decisions affecting AFC processes through independent analysis. Strengthen MLRO reporting oversight and establish monitoring metrics. Generate ad-hoc reports supporting risk response. Assist with internal and external audits. Design sampling methods and dashboards for second-level compliance controls. Support the AFC training team with data inquiries.

Data Analyst or Business Analyst background with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into insights. Strong SQL and Python for data extraction. Experience with visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau or Looker. Understanding of regulatory reporting obligations. University degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance or a related field preferred. Salesforce experience is an advantage.
