Guide architecture decisions and help customers build evaluation frameworks. Share integration patterns with Product and Engineering. Travel occasionally within India and APAC.
At least 10 years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer or Technical Account Manager. Experience with enterprise customers in India or APAC. Strong communication skills for both technical and executive audiences. Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems. Python proficiency, plus familiarity with LLM frameworks or a machine learning or data science background. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
