Demo Architect, EMEA (GitLab, Remote: Ireland, Germany, Spain or United Kingdom)

Build and maintain tools, applications and workflows for demos, workshops, trials and internal test environments. Expand the Demo Architect Portal to improve automation, self-service and scalability. Provision and support infrastructure for hands-on customer experiences on GitLab.com, demo instances and internal environments. Document go-to-market workflows and automate time-consuming steps. Create technical workshop assets and enablement content for pre-sales. Advise on sales opportunities that need specialized demo support or custom solutions. Troubleshoot urgent environment issues and communicate status to stakeholders.

Experience building software, systems or internal tools for technical users or business teams. Ability to deliver production-grade automation with attention to reliability, maintainability and documentation. Comfort across application development and infrastructure, including provisioning and service workflows. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools. Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous setting.
