Sales Assist Representative

Zapier, the workflow automation platform, is hiring a Sales Assist Representative. This role is fully remote but restricted to candidates based in India, with working hours roughly 9 PM-7 AM IST to overlap with international customers.

You will handle high-volume live chat support (4+ hours daily) via Zendesk with international customers, conduct virtual product demonstrations showcasing automation use cases, qualify leads and convert prospects through consultative selling, build and manage a sales pipeline from chat queues and product-qualified leads, and provide feedback to cross-functional teams on product gaps and collateral needs.

Requirements: 4+ years of experience as a solutions engineer, technical account manager moving into sales, or a highly technical quota-carrying salesperson in a SaaS environment, strong Zapier product and API fluency, ability to sustain high-velocity live chat coverage, active use of AI tools in daily workflows, advanced English proficiency, and a track record of self-managed pipeline and quota accountability.

Compensation: INR 3,575,300-4,996,800 annually.
