Winter Island Caretaker (East Hampton, New York, Room and Meals Provided)

A private island of about 3,000 acres off Long Island, managed by Bayberry Administrative Services, needs a caretaker for a four-month winter term starting around 1 November. The work is outdoor property maintenance across the island, and duties shift with the seasons. Each caretaker is given a private room with a connected bathroom and meals are provided, so there are no commuting or rent expenses. The team is small, three to five staff.
