Saddleback Ranch, a working guest ranch and the home of the YeeHaw Tubing Hill outside Steamboat Springs, Colorado, is hiring a Winter CDL Driver and Transportation and Guest Experiences Specialist for the 2026/27 winter season, running from mid-December 2026 through the end of the winter season in March 2027. Pay is USD 25.00 to 30.00 per hour depending on experience, plus tips, for roughly 40 or more hours per week on a variable schedule that includes weekends and holidays. You will transport guests between Steamboat Springs and the ranch and tubing hill, conduct vehicle inspections, help guests load and unload, keep vehicles clean, coordinate with the reservations team and pitch in on tubing operations or other ranch duties as needed.
