Vineyard & Olive Harvest Work Exchange (Couples Preferred)

A small family-run vineyard and olive grove near Tropea in Calabria, southern Italy, is looking for work-exchange volunteers (couples preferred) to help with seasonal harvest and grounds work. In exchange for roughly 2.5 hours of work per day (16-20 hours per week), volunteers get use of a fully equipped private chalet on the property. Volunteers buy and cook their own food, though the hosts share local produce and teach traditional Calabrian cooking, and offer to show volunteers the region's white sandy beaches when time allows.
