Technical Support Engineer – Remote APAC

Description

Factory — the company bringing autonomy to software engineering through a developer-centric AI platform that enables engineering teams to ship faster with AI agents — is hiring a Technical Services Engineer for the APAC region, working fully remotely. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, product management, and engineering: you'll partner with customers across APAC to resolve architecture, performance, and operational challenges, ensure they extract maximum value from Factory's autonomous software platform, contribute to internal tools that improve the product's scalability, and help shape how the company builds and delivers autonomous software at scale. You'll work closely with Factory's leadership and technical teams to ensure operational excellence as the platform grows. The ideal candidate combines strong technical depth with genuine customer empathy and the ability to communicate complex system tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
