Technical Account Manager – EMEA

Note: Hiring is not open for Germany in this role. You'll own a book of high-paying ($20K+/year) EMEA customers who have massive expansion potential — many of whom have never talked to anyone at PostHog. Your job is to multi-thread within accounts (turning a single engineering champion into relationships with VPs, CTOs, and heads of platform), sell up to senior leaders, drive multi-product adoption across PostHog's growing suite, and partner closely with a Technical Customer Success Manager who handles the deep technical implementation work. This is base salary + commission, target OTE approximately $285,000–$312,000+ at benchmark, with location adjustments for EMEA candidates.
