Lead Product Manager – Growth

Typeform — the refreshingly different form builder trusted by 150,000+ businesses to collect 500 million responses per year through forms, surveys, and quizzes that people actually enjoy filling out — is hiring a Lead Product Manager for Growth, working fully remotely from Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom, or the United States. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of Product and Marketing: you'll own the onboarding, retention, and engagement strategy end to end, lead a small team of 1–2 PMs, define and drive a measurable roadmap focused on activation and long-term retention, run A/B experiments across the user lifecycle, partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing and Data teams, and serve as the go-to product leader for growth initiatives across the business. Strong PLG experience with a clear track record of improving onboarding, activation, engagement, or retention through product initiatives is required. Typeform integrates with Slack, Zapier, and Hubspot and is used by companies across every industry.
