StackBlitz / Bolt.new — the team behind WebContainers (the first technology to run Node.js inside a browser), powering a blazing-fast online IDE used by 1 million+ developers monthly, and Bolt.new (the fastest way to go from idea to a deployed full-stack web or mobile app without writing traditional code, powered by AI with instant browser-native dev environments) — is hiring a Staff Product Designer, working fully remotely from anywhere in the world (7:00–10:00 AM Pacific daily collaboration overlap required). This is a zero-to-one design leadership role at one of the most talked-about AI companies of the year: you'll lead design for entirely new product experiences in untapped territory, flying at 1,000 feet (product strategy, direction-setting, vision) and 3 inches from the ground (pixel-perfect details, motion, typography, spacing) simultaneously. You'll use Figma and AI tools to turn ambiguous problems into tangible designs, set the vision for what future Bolt looks like, build and improve the design system, and partner closely with engineering to protect visual fidelity through implementation.
