Workera — the fast-growing Series B Silicon Valley skills intelligence platform that empowers enterprise leaders to understand, develop, and mobilize talent using computational psychometrics, machine learning, and AI, with clients including Samsung, Siemens Energy, and the US Air Force, and with Chairman Dr. Andrew Ng (co-founder of Coursera, CEO of DeepLearning.AI, founding lead of Google Brain) — is hiring a Product Designer for its admin and analytics team, working fully remotely from the US, Canada, Argentina, Brazil, or Colombia (EST timezone required). You'll partner with PMs and engineers to design the analytics and admin experiences that power Workera's skill development platform: program creation workflows, user enrollment, license management, HR tech integrations (Workday), and analytics that surface insights like skill readiness, program progress, and employee engagement. The role requires strong systems thinking, a passion for making complex data and admin tasks simple, and the ability to design agentic AI workflows that balance automation with user control. Experience designing human-in-the-loop or AI agent interfaces is a strong plus. 2–5 years designing digital SaaS products required.
