Support Engineering Manager (APAC)

Description

Supabase — the open-source Postgres development platform used by hundreds of thousands of developers worldwide — is hiring its first Support Engineering Manager for the APAC region, a unique opportunity to build and shape the team from the ground up inside a fast-growing, globally distributed open-source startup. You'll lead and scale a technical support team serving developer customers across Asia-Pacific, drive operational excellence, establish regional processes and escalation paths, and work closely with product and engineering to feed real customer problems back into the roadmap.
