SafetyWing — the YC W18 company building a global social safety net for remote workers through insurance, health, and retirement products designed to replace national welfare systems for location-independent people — is hiring a Partnerships Manager to build the ambassador program for its newest product, Nomad Insurance Complete, from the ground up. The ambassador channel has driven more than 35% of sales for Nomad Insurance Essential since 2019, and this role replicates that proven model for a new B2C product: experimenting, sourcing, pitching, onboarding, and growing a network of ambassadors who genuinely use and believe in SafetyWing. The company is a fully distributed team of approximately 150, remote-first since day one, globally distributed across ten timezones, and async-first by nature — meaning the role is open to anyone anywhere in the world.
