EggAI Technologies — the enterprise AI boutique specialising in moving large organisations from AI prototyping to production-grade, scalable, compliant, and secure AI systems using open-source tools and cloud-native platforms with no vendor lock-in — is hiring an AI Software Engineer to join its small, highly skilled remote team operating from EU timezone (±2 hours, covering EU, Switzerland, Norway, and nearby regions). You'll build enterprise-grade agentic AI systems at the frontier of multi-agent frameworks, LLM integration, and AI platform architecture, translating complex AI capabilities into measurable business impact for global clients. The team takes a critical-thinking approach to AI: deeply understanding both what it can do and where it adds risk, then engineering solutions that are robust, explainable, and production-ready. EggAI is open to full-time and contract arrangements, and looks for engineers who are experienced consultants as well as builders.
