Senior Demand Generation Manager, Global Campaigns

Tremendous — the global payouts platform trusted by 20,000+ organizations including Atlassian, MIT, and United Way to send gift cards, prepaid cards, and bank transfers to recipients anywhere in the world, and the rare tech company that is both profitable and self-funded — is hiring a Senior Demand Generation Manager to own multi-channel, full-funnel demand generation across Europe and select strategic markets globally. Working fully remotely from anywhere (no location requirement), you'll build and activate country-level demand generation strategies that move prospects from awareness to open pipeline, deploy and manage campaigns across content syndication, event and media partnerships, work closely with the digital team on social, display, and search, and create a land-and-expand motion to test market viability across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Tremendous operates as a fully remote, high-documentation, low-meeting-culture company with a next international offsite on the horizon. The role requires 7+ years running international demand generation campaigns with measurable results, experience opening new markets, and strong analytical instincts to monitor performance and optimize continuously.
