Create end-to-end features from design through production deployment. Execute database migrations following established patterns for schema compatibility. Develop observability and audit capabilities that give administrators visibility into their deployments. Investigate and resolve scalability bottlenecks under real production loads. Support operators who are troubleshooting backend issues in enterprise deployments.
2 or more years of professional software engineering experience. Professional Go experience with a track record of shipping production code, including a working understanding of Go's concurrency model (goroutines, channels, the sync package). SQL proficiency with hands-on database migration experience. Strong communication and debugging skills. Must be based in Europe.
