T-Lazy-7 Ranch is a family-owned ranch outside Aspen, Colorado that has operated for more than 85 years and runs world-class snowmobile tours through the Maroon Bells area. It is hiring energetic Snowmobile Tour Guides for the winter 2026/27 season, running from late November 2026 through April 15, 2027. Guides lead scenic tours with safety briefings and local history, help maintain the fleet and trails, and support the historic ranch through the winter. Staff live on site in free shared housing with a private bedroom and utilities included, and receive a free seasonal ski pass to Aspen Highlands, professional discounts, and end-of-season completion and performance bonuses. The ranch pays 14 to 30 USD per hour plus tips across its seasonal roles and also hires mechanics, a shop manager, a tour chef and reservationists.
