Server Engineering Manager, Member Experience

Raya is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead its Member Experience server team, owning the full member lifecycle from application and onboarding through payments, subscriptions and renewal.

You would manage and mentor a team of server engineers, contribute directly to the codebase as a player/coach with roughly 50% hands-on engineering time, and own execution of high-impact features from concept through launch on net-new payment systems built for scale.

Requires 2+ years managing engineering teams, deep knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript, and production experience with both Apple StoreKit and Stripe payments and subscriptions for a B2C product. An AI-forward mindset is explicitly called out as a requirement.
