Senior Product Operations Manager (LiveKit, Remote: United States or Canada)

Run the product team operating cadence: planning cycles, reviews and recurring meetings. Own the roadmap structure and keep it current for engineering, leadership and sales. Set up goal-setting with measurable goals, track progress and own product reporting with the data team. Maintain lightweight standards for problem briefs, launch readiness and release notes, and run the internal side of launches with marketing. Build the customer insight system and synthesize customer feedback. Onboard and train PMs and help shape PM hiring and leveling. Choose and manage the product team tools, including AI tools.

6+ years of experience, including 3+ in product operations or a closely related role. Experience designing a product team operating cadence from scratch while scaling. Strong writing skills and data fluency (metric definitions, BI tools; SQL a plus). Enough technical background to work credibly with engineers. Comfort influencing without authority and heavy use of AI tools in daily work. Nice to have: product ops at a developer tools, API, infrastructure or AI company; OKRs; research repository programs; PM career ladders; GTM launch work; prior PM experience.
