Lead end-to-end development across financial systems including architecture design, configuration, testing and production support. Define the enterprise architecture for global ERP and EPM platforms. Build scalable integrations that handle complex financial data flows across multiple platforms. Collaborate with senior leadership to align priorities and establish the financial systems roadmap. Partner with product, engineering and accounting teams on technical sustainability. Establish quality standards and code review practices. Develop team talent through mentorship and feedback.
10 or more years leading the implementation and operation of enterprise ERP, financial reporting and planning platforms. Proficiency with integration technologies such as REST and SOAP APIs, SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, Oracle Integration Cloud, SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, SQL and Python. Deep accounting knowledge across Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report and Order-to-Cash processes. Experience with financial close, consolidation and management reporting. Understanding of governance, security and compliance in regulated environments. CI/CD experience with Git, Azure DevOps or Jenkins. Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and lead cross-functionally. Must be eligible to work in the United States or Canada.
