The team is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build voice-agent models and the infrastructure behind them, from real-time speech understanding to agent orchestration. This posting is the EMEA-remote version of the role, open to candidates based anywhere across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, alongside a separate US-remote posting for the same position.

Design and build production systems for voice agents, spanning speech recognition, response generation, and real-time orchestration between models and tools. Work closely with research teams to bring new voice and audio models from prototype to production. Contribute to Hugging Face's open-source libraries and help define best practices for deploying voice AI at scale.
Strong production experience building and shipping machine learning systems, ideally with exposure to speech, audio, or real-time agent systems. Comfort working in a fast-moving, open-source-first environment and collaborating closely with research. Based in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa for this posting.
