Senior Lifecycle Specialist, Workers Compensation - EMEA (Remote.com, Fully Remote: France or Germany)

Manage global workers compensation insurance programs including policy administration, renewal coordination and vendor management. Analyze risk financing options and prepare data reports for leadership. Collaborate across departments. Provide customer support on coverage and claims questions. Maintain regulatory compliance across multiple countries.

BA/BS degree or equivalent. Progressive management and examiner experience in workers compensation insurance. Experience scouting and managing insurance partners and brokers. Strong analytical and process-mapping skills. Fluent English. Ability to engage vendors and stakeholders across multiple countries. Comfort working in a digital, fully remote environment.
