Build and evolve the systems that collect and maintain 400M+ creator profiles.
Design services that stay resilient through third-party API instability, rate limits and provider outages.
Improve the economics of collection by tuning requests, proxies, retries, storage and compute.
Own production: design, code, review, ship, monitor and improve, including alerting and data-quality checks.
Experience building large-scale backend or data systems where reliability, throughput and cost matter.
Experience taking systems from concept to production and operating them.
Solid grounding in distributed systems: partial failure, retries, idempotency and backpressure.
Experience with rate-limited third-party APIs, proxy management or request routing.
Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, AWS (ECS, SQS, S3, CloudWatch), Postgres and Pulumi.
