SecOps Engineer

Description

The Lido DAO contributor workstream is hiring a SecOps Engineer to embed security deeply into the development lifecycle of one of the largest DeFi protocols on Ethereum, protecting the Lido Protocol, DAO infrastructure, applications, contributors, partners, and stakers from real-world threats. Fully remote and contributable from anywhere in the world with a flexible schedule, the role spans security integration (embedding practices and tools into the development pipeline), threat and incident management (vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, incident response), and team collaboration and training. Core requirements include hands-on experience with technical security assessments, code audits and design reviews, proficiency in Python, Golang, JavaScript, or Bash, and experience operating SIEM, IDS/IPS, and automated security tooling. Blockchain security experience, Ethereum-based bug hunting, and DevOps toolchain familiarity are strong bonuses.
