Reservations Agent, Winter 2026/27 (Grand Targhee Resort, Alta WY, Staff Housing)

Grand Targhee Resort in Alta, Wyoming is hiring a Reservations Agent starting November 16, 2026. Agents sell lodging, vacation packages and resort services by phone, email and other channels, and also support the Front Desk and act as resort ambassadors. Pay is $19.00 per hour. Staff housing is provided, either included in compensation or at a cost: single-occupancy rooms in 6-bedroom units with private bedrooms and bathrooms, on the free employee shuttle route and within walking distance of shops, groceries and restaurants in Driggs, Idaho. Book and modify reservations, process deposits and payments, send confirmations, coordinate with third-party booking platforms, maintain guest data in the point-of-sale and property management systems, and cover the Front Desk as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent; typing and basic data entry including 10-key; strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and booking systems; hospitality, reservations or customer service experience preferred; Versa and RTP experience preferred (training provided). Availability seven days a week including weekends and holidays.
