You'll define and own the technical strategy enabling acceleration of Deepgram's ML training pipelines, working at the intersection of DataOps, Research, and Production Engineering to build the infrastructure that trains voice-native foundation models at scale. Every team member is expected to actively use, experiment with, and build advanced AI tools into their everyday workflow — AI use and comfort are core to how Deepgram operates, not optional. Salary is $150,000–$250,000 USD plus 10% annual bonus and equity, with benefits delivered locally via EOR for international team members.
