You'll serve as a strategic leader for an industry-focused delivery organisation, providing executive oversight for Testing and Engagement practices, architecting service strategy, cultivating elite talent, and establishing industry-leading standards for client success. Day-to-day you'll lead a distributed delivery team to drive world-class customer outcomes, support enterprise onboarding and value realisation, orchestrate pre-sales strategy with the sales organisation, process yearly renewals commercially and contractually, and deliver executive-level reporting on engagement progress and vertical financial health. Requires 12+ years in professional services delivery with 5+ years in senior leadership of multi-million dollar P&Ls, deep knowledge of software development processes and quality engineering, and advanced executive stakeholder skills.
