Technical Support Engineer (EMEA)

Description

Akuity — the company founded by the co-creators of Argo CD, the third-most-popular CNCF project and the GitOps deployment standard used by 70% of companies running Kubernetes in production including Adobe, Tesla, PayPal, Capital One, and Peloton, backed by $25 million from Lead Edge Capital and Decibel Partners — is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for the EMEA region, working fully remotely from anywhere in EMEA. You'll be the frontline partner for both Akuity's open-source community and enterprise customers: troubleshooting and resolving issues across chat, forums, GitHub, and phone; developing deep expertise in GitOps, Argo CD, and the broader Argo ecosystem; recognizing common support patterns and escalating to engineering; building and iterating on support playbooks, processes, and tooling; and contributing to documentation that improves the customer experience at scale. The role requires 2+ years in customer-facing technical support, hands-on Kubernetes configuration and troubleshooting, and real-world Argo CD experience in a professional setting.
