GTM Product Manager

Remote.com — the all-in-one global HR platform enabling businesses of all sizes to hire, pay, and manage international teams across 6 continents, operating fully asynchronously with no mandatory standups — is hiring a GTM Product Manager for its Revenue Operations team, prioritising candidates in EMEA and East Americas. You'll own one or more strategic GTM products — the internal technology that powers how Remote acquires, serves, and grows customers — treating business systems as products rather than standalone tools. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, architecture, and roadmaps across GTM capabilities; driving AI adoption and technology decisions including build vs. buy evaluations; building and shipping GTM products and features using AI tools including Claude Code; and partnering with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Systems, Data, and Engineering to deliver scalable capabilities. Experience with GTM architecture, Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, Clay, and integration platforms is expected. Salary range is $52,600–$147,950 USD, geo-adjusted globally with fair, above-location-rate pay in all countries.
