Software Engineer – Platform [IC3]

Description

Sourcegraph — the world's most powerful code intelligence platform used by Stripe, Uber, and Dropbox to navigate massive codebases, backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint — is hiring a Software Engineer for its Platform team at the IC3 level, working fully remotely from almost anywhere in the world (preferred: EST or European time zones; 20-hour overlap with EST required). The Platform team builds and operates Sourcegraph Cloud, the fully managed SaaS offering: inter-cloud connectivity for enterprise customers from regulated industries, a control plane to orchestrate single-tenant Sourcegraph Cloud instances, and complex infrastructure exposed as API for internal customers. You'll develop solutions for enterprise connectivity, build Terraform-based automation and Kubernetes tooling, debug distributed systems end-to-end, and participate in on-call rotation to uphold SLA commitments. Compensation is zone-based and transparently published: IC3 pay band starts at $148,000 (Zone 2), $111,000 (Zone 3), or $74,000 (Zone 4), plus equity.
