Working fully remotely, you'll own the infrastructure that makes the people experience work: HRIS and tooling, compliance and benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, policies and handbooks, and the operational workflows that keep a fast-growing team running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks in systems and programs, not just individual tasks, and who can build processes from scratch rather than only maintaining existing ones. You'll partner closely with recruiting, finance, and leadership as a key enabler of Atticus's continued growth.
