Principal Software Engineer – Identity & Access Management (Türkiye)

Sezzle is hiring a Principal Software Engineer to own and lead the evolution of authentication and authorisation, based in Türkiye and working fully remotely.

You would own the technical vision, architecture and migration strategy for Sezzle's next-generation auth platform, built around a purpose-built API auth gateway and a clean set of identity and access management services.

The work covers scalable auth services in Golang on AWS, phased zero-downtime migrations of auth traffic, and standards for OAuth2, OpenID Connect, token strategy and fine-grained authorisation. Demonstrated daily use of AI tooling such as Claude Code is required.
